Nice centre is obviously a top choice for all people looking for a holiday home that's within walking distance of shops, beaches, bars, museums and also anyone looking for a rental investment that will never be short of tenants!

Nice centre includes the Carré d'Or and Musiciens etc but for the purposes of this site, we have included those areas separately. Nice centre in this case means anything in the centre that isn't Carré d'Or, the Promenade or the Port. As you can see from our map, it includes the streets running North of Place Massena, stretching alongside Nice's main avenue, Jean Medecin and includes top class locations such as Rue Pastorelli, Rue de l'Hotel des Postes, Jean Medecin itself and the lively areas next to Nice Etoile main shopping centre.

There's a huge range of architecture to choose from here, mainly older blocks but every style from typically Niçois to some tremendous Bourgeois and Belle Epoque beauties. A superb area, close to everything and even better - the Attika office is slap bang in the middle of it all!
