Croix des Gardes is a pleasant, residential suburb of Cannes located 2- 4 Km inland from the centre. Here you will find mostly old turn-of-the-century villas and newly built apartment blocks, some of which enjoy lovely sea views. It is a quieter area and there are plenty of parking spaces

 The centre of Cannes is easily accessible by a five minute bus ride and a 2 minute train ride .The Croix des Gardes is fairly popular for summer rentals.
