Cannes-La Bocca

Cannes La Bocca is a residential area situated 3-6 Km from the centre of Cannes. The advantage of this area is that it is quiet, there will be parking and you will find plenty of local convenience stores; supermarkets, cafes, sport centres… It has a beach front where you will find private beach clubs and a few reasonably priced restaurants.

Cannes centre can be accessed by a short bus or train ride of approximately 5-10 minutes or a 5-10 minute drive depending upon the traffic.

Prices in this area tend to vary from 5000€ to 8000€ per m² depending on the location and condition of the property
