This is a very small but chic residential area located between 1.5 - 2 Km outside the city centre. It is full of wonderful Bourgeois villas and luxury apartment blocks that come with parking spaces.

This is an ideal area for those who like peace and quiet but who still want to be within walking distance of local shops and the town centre. To walk from the Petit Juas to the centre of Cannes would take approximately 15 minutes, there are also frequent buses that take you to and fro.
