The properties Mont Boron are mainly bougainvillea-covered villas dating to the Belle Epoque or more modern apartments with terraces and fantastic views – usually with guardians and parking. To get to Mont-Boron from the centre of Nice you need to drive, take public transport, or enjoy a walk alongside the lush Meditarranean greenery while you take in the ornate villas and the discrete residences.

According to the September 2007 issue of France’s Capital magazine, prices in Mont Boron start at around 7000 euros per m2 and rise to almost 11 000 euros per m2 if you have views over Cap Ferrat.
