Katie Edwards. Real Estate in Nice and Cannes. French New Build Specialist

Katie heads our very successful new build team from the Nice office. Her in-depth knowledge of all aspects of new build developments began when she bought her first property in France, an off-plan apartment in Fabron in the west of Nice.

 Katie was born and educated in London and after a career in media and advertising she moved to France in the mid 1990’s to work in the French Alps. Subsequently she moved to the Côte d’Azur and realised that it was the place she wanted to settle. Katie is proud to have been a part of Attika from the very beginning when the dream to build an international estate agency first developed.  

Thanks to personal experience Katie started Attika’s new build department and due to increasing demand Vanessa was brought on board to complement the new build team. The two of them now work enthusiastically together on all of Attika’s off-plan developments throughout the Côte d’Azur and other carefully selected regions of France.
