There are two areas that encompass Eze: Eze-sur-Mer and Eze village.
‘Eze village’ is located at almost 500 metres of altitude and is a really beautiful Medieval village that commands some of the most spectacular views on the French Riviera. It is  accessed via the ‘Moyenne Corniche ‘ which is one of the main roads that runs along the coast between Nice and Monaco. So you can be at Nice airport within 35 minutes and Monaco within 15 !
There are some fabulous hotels and restaurants located in the village, such as ‘le Chevre d’Or’  which is a 4 star luxury hotel with a 2 Michelin star restaurant,  an absolute must for those of you that are in to your gourmet food.  Needless to say, there are some truly amazing villas and apartments in this area, that have the most sumptuous views. They would be ideal for those of you that are looking for great views, tranquillity but would like easy access to places such as Monaco and Nice. Prices in this area vary from around 8 000 euros to  30 000 euros per square metre.

Eze-sur-Mer, as the name suggests, is located on the sea front and is situated on the ‘ Basse Corniche’ just below Eze Village. Again there is easy access to both Nice and Monaco.  The advantage of Eze-sur-Mer is that not only do properties here have fabulous views but they also have easy access to an even more fabulous sandy beach !  The beach of Eze-sur-Mer plays  host to many trendy beach clubs, restaurants and water sports such a jet skiing, so it will be a perfect abode for those who love the sea. Dotted along the coast line are some truly sumptuous & exclusive villas,  owned by various celebrities  such as Bono from U2 . So sand, sea, celebrities, exclusive beach clubs, amazing restaurants…..what more could you want.
