| | Estate agent in Nice - Katie Edwards | Katie is our longest standing member of staff and has worked at Attika since we first set up the agency. She spent many years running our new build department and has a profound knowledge of buying off-plan property in France. Katie is based full-time in the Nice office and now works mostly on our resale property in the heart of the city centre, as well as certain carefully selected new builds here and there along the coast.
Katie is from London and has a background in advertising and marketing. She moved to France in 1998 where she lived in the Alpes and Lyon before moving to the Côte d‘Azur, she now lives in the Carré d’Or in the centre of Nice. She loves it here; the café lifestyle, beaches, scenery, snowboarding and of course the fabulous weather!
In her spare time Katie offers a valued service as a property manager to some of her non-resident clients.
