Visiting new builds on the French Riviera

Once you have discussed your requirements with us, one of our new build sales representatives will make all the necessary appointments with the developers in the region of your choice. If you are looking to purchase your property in the French Riviera or the Var, we will take you by car around the developments and introduce you to the different towns, explaining the pros and cons of each area. 

When you arrive at a development you will see that the promoter's on-site sales offices usually has a 3D model of the development, samples of floor tiles and bathroom tiles and of course up-to-date availability and floor plans to show you. But don’t expect glossy showhouses, this is still a relatively new concept in France!

Attika will take you to see a selection of properties depending on what you are looking for (we have pretty much every development and they are all at developer's prices) and if you find the perfect property while you are here we will help you understand the reservation contract and the buying process in English.
