Delivery of your French New Build

The big day arrives and you take possession of your new property!

Your Attika representative will accompany you to inspect the property for any faults and help you draw up the snag list in the presence of the developer’s representative. Usually there are very few but we are very thorough and check that all plugs are working, the painting is perfect etc !

You have one month to add any further defects to the snag list and this needs to be sent on to the developer by registered post.

Any repairs will be carried out by the developer as soon as possible.

The final stage payment of 5% is due upon delivery.
