Where to Buy your New Build in France ?

Many new developments on the French Riviera are being constructed on the edge of the main towns and in residential areas outside of the centres as this is where most of the available land is to be found.

The advantage of these locations is that there is more space to build on so they often offer the advantage of communal gardens, a swimming pool and sea views - bonuses which are often lacking in city centre properties.

This does not mean that town centre locations are not available for new build property, just that they are rarer and often require demolition of an existing building first. We do have a number of city centre new builds available in the centre of Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Juan les Pins which you can see under our new build listings.

The other areas of France which we specialise in offer different opportunities to the Riviera and you will need to speak to our new build team in order to discuss the best areas to purchase in depending on the area you prefer.
