This area is the true heart of modern Cannes' city centre. It is called ‘La Banane’ because of the shape that this collection of roads make on a map. It is without doubt the best place for investors who are looking to purchase a Buy-to-Let since any apartment in this area will be between a few metres and at most 1.5 km away from the exhibition hall, thus making it extremely convenient for renters. It is also a great place to have a holiday apartment due to the sheer convenience of having everything is on your doorstep; restaurants, shops, cafés, the beach & beach restaurants, theatres, cinemas ….
